Activity organized by the Association of Gijón Nativity scenes


present a Hebrew style Bethlehem (Framed between so-called Bible), which dominates the urban landscape in which recreates, as closely as possible the customs and atmosphere of the time. Year after year, the Association Nativity scenes attempts to portray life in a Jewish village square, incorporating the crafts and trades of the time, and the mill last year, joins a household of dyers.


The figures used for these Bethlehem, is the sculptor Spaniard Don José Luis Mayo Lebrija, high prestige worldwide. The buildings and accessories that make up this Bethlehem has been made by members of the Association Nativity scenes Gijon.



also presents an exhibit of Nativity in the world made up of parts from: Eurasia, Latin, African and English Schools.
